What we do
Hirely is a job platform built specifically for UK visa sponsorship. We aggregate openings from employers who hold a valid UK sponsor licence, cross-check them against the official Home Office register, and then use intelligent matching to rank the roles that fit your experience, skills and education.

How we verify sponsors
A single wasted application can cost weeks, so we never take an employer's word for it that they can sponsor a visa. Every sponsor on Hirely is checked against a primary source, not a second-hand list.

Matched to the official Home Office register
We cross-reference each employer against the UK government's published Register of licensed sponsors (workers) — the authoritative record of who is legally permitted to sponsor a Skilled Worker or other Worker visa.

Checked for the right licence route
Holding a licence isn't enough on its own. We confirm the employer is licensed on a route that actually leads to sponsorship for the role in question, rather than an unrelated category, so the opportunity is real.

Re-checked as the register changes
The Home Office register is updated regularly and licences can be suspended or revoked. We re-check against the current list so a lapsed sponsor doesn't leave a dead-end role on the platform.
We're clear about the limits of this too: sponsor status can change between our checks, and holding a licence never guarantees a specific job will be offered to you. What we promise is that we start from verified, primary-source data — so you spend your effort on roles that are genuinely open to international candidates.
